Case Management

Adoptive and guardian families can be very complex. If your family needs a little extra help feel free to call us today!

We can offer you limited case management that may include a strengths assessment, individual support, referrals, and supporting your family until you feel confident or services are no longer requested. There are no fees for adoptive or guardian families who receive confidential case management, because these services are provided through a grant from the Office of Children's Services.
